Tevas & Smoke Bombs
For weeks now I've been contemplating a shoot starring my favorite shoes of all time: Tevas. I live in my Teva sandals all summer, and if we're honest, even into the colder months (shout out to funky socks). They've taken me across cities, over mountains, through multiple states and they never once failed me, though I've abused them quite thoroughly. Going hiking? Wear your Tevas. Wandering the city? Wear your Tevas. Going swimming? Wear your Tevas. There is literally an endless amount of adventures you can go on with them
So, yesterday I grabbed my friends, Peyton and Bradley (and the sadly Teva-less Ian) and found myself in a semi-abandoned building with a whole bunch of smoke bombs. Basically, it was a blast.
A photographer once told me that I should photograph for where I want to be and what I want to do. This is a bit of an attempt to do that. Hopefully you'll be seeing a lot more people and brand photography pairings in the near future.
